About Hayaliv

Hayaliv stands for Human-centered AI, Yielding Actionable Learning, Innovation & Value.

Hayaliv is a small project about learning and building with AI in a way that keeps people at the centre. Its home, hayaliv.com, is an interactive desktop with two books: one on small language models (SLMs) and one that teaches Python for AI in plain words.

What the name means

H, Human-centered: people review the data, set the rules and make the final call.
A, AI: small, focused language models built to do one job well.
Y, Yielding: every experiment has to produce something you can use.
A, Actionable: results a team can act on, such as a label, a field or a next step.
L, Learning: we write down what worked and what failed.
I, Innovation: new ways to apply models, not only bigger ones.
V, Value: measured against a baseline, in cost and in outcomes.
